William Bost is the former national president of Cleen Teens, an organization dedicated to making American teens better citizens.[1][2] He became obsessed with cleaning up the act of troubled teen film star, Justin Carraway. After threating him, he finally attempted to kill Carraway, after he ignored the threats. His plans were foiled by undercover American Teens Against Crime agents, Frank and Joe Hardy.[3]
