Steven Grant (born October 22, 1953) is an American comic book writer best known for his 1985-1986 Marvel Comics miniseries Punisher, with artist Mike Zeck. He wrote six titles in The Hardy Boys Casefiles (see below), starting in 1987 with Casefiles #3 Cult of Crime and ending in 1992 with #62 Final Gambit.

Probably his most notable contribution (other then the books themselves) to the Hardy Boys canon is Charity, a female foe of Frank and Joe's who appears in both The Crowning Terror and Thick as Thieves, making her one of the few recurring villains to appear in The Hardy Boys.[1]
