Musco was a member of the Footprints spy ring which infiltrated Micro-Eye Industries and stole the top-secret satellite camera they were developing for the US government. A brawny thug, he was the gang member responsible for swimming messages hidden in sea shells from the wrecked Atlantis to their pick-up point at Barren Sands, a beach on Cobblewave Cove.[1]
