Appearances The Hardy Boys #1 The Tower Treasure

Laura Hardy is a petite, pretty woman who is married to Fenton Hardy. Together they have two sons, Frank and Joe.[1] Community-spirited, she can be relied upon to help those in need; when the Robinsons, a local family, were down on their luck because their father was wrongly accused of theft, she sent her son Frank with a generous food parcel.[2] She is a churchgoer along with the rest of her family.[3]

She often worries about the nature of the boys' detective work but, trusting to their skills and common sense, generally sides with them when their aunt tries to stop them getting involved in dangerous cases.[citation needed]
