Brian Conrad is a resident of Bayport and a school-mate of Frank and Joe Hardy. He lives with his parents and sister Belinda in a uncapped house in nice part of the city.[5]

Brian grew up in Bayport in a not-so-nice family (except for his sister, Belinda).
Hobbies include pumping iron and working out. Spent his youth setting fires, causing petty vandalism, and picking on anyone smaller then he was, seems to still do this sort of stuff, and is disliked by Frank and Joe Hardy.[6]
