Arthur Jensen is a con-artist and leader of a gang of harbour thieves consisting of James Black, Sid Bowler and Benny Vance. Jensen came up with the idea of "borrowing" private motor-boats which were known to the harbor authorities in order to carry out the gang's raids without attracting attention. He is strikingly similar in features to Raymond Dalrymple which has caused some confusion.[1]
